From: Steve Roadhouse <steve.roadhouse@hopemission.com> Sent: July 31, 2026 9:50 AM To: Braden Swab <braden@treestream.com> Subject: Camp Project Braden! Oh man, so much has changed since I saw you last. I am done at Gull Lake and am doing consulting now. Loving it. How are you doing? I think I might finally have a consulting project for you. I have kept you on the back of my mind since you started doing independent work. I am working with Hope Mission and they run three summer camps! One of them is Camp Hope near Bragg Creek. They are building new cabins and the previous way that they have done building projects is ridiculous! They were going to pay $3.2M to build 4 cabins. It is insane. I am not 100% sure that I can hire you to take on the entire project, but can I hire you for a day to come and see the site, let me pick your brain and have you give me ballpark answers? My hope is that I can switch the contract to you and have you be the Hope Mission guy going forward, but I can’t promise that. Let me know what it would cost to have your expertise for a day and we can go from there. Hope you are doing great. Would love to work with you on this. Peace, Steve Steve Roadhouse Development Director for Children and Youth Prevention Programs Hope Mission 403-896-1442 www.hopemission.com
