Hi again Courtney, I just wanted to follow up on my note below in case it got buried. I know introductory emails can sometimes feel a little generic, so I wanted to clarify that this isn’t mass outreach or marketing. I’m passionate about helping camps with their development projects, especially as a former camp staff member (albeit way back in 2007). Over the past four years, I’ve worked with four camps in Alberta, one in BC, and one in Manitoba, ranging from early vision and master planning all the way through finished construction. No pressure at all if now is not the right time. I would still be glad to connect for 15–20 minutes, learn a bit more about your camp, and see if there is any useful perspective I can offer from other non-profit and community projects. Thanks again, Braden Swab, P.Eng., PMP W treestream.com P (403) 660-6468 L linkedin.com/in/braden-swab From: Braden Swab Sent: June 8, 2026 5:05 PM To: 'director@camp-evergreen.com' <director@camp-evergreen.com> Cc: 'development@camp-evergreen.com' <development@camp-evergreen.com> Subject: Camp Evergreen Facility Planning Hi Courtney, I came across Camp Evergreen’s capital project updates and wanted to reach out. First, congratulations on the progress with the septic infrastructure work. I know projects like that are not always the glamorous part of camp development, but they are often the work that makes future ministry and facility growth possible. I founded Tree Stream Consulting here in Alberta with a focus on projects like yours. I provide Owner’s Project Management support for non-profit, church, camp, recreation, and community-focused construction projects. My role is to help organizations navigate the complexity of planning, design, and construction confidently. For camps in particular, building projects often need to balance ministry goals, donor expectations, board decision-making, seasonal operations, infrastructure constraints, and long-term site planning. I've been fortunate to work with several camps over the past few years, including Kuriakos, Whispering Pines Camp, Camp Harmattan, and most recently Camp Kindle. While it wasn't something I set out to specialize in, camp projects have become a meaningful and rewarding part of my work. I realize you may already have a strong team in place, so I don’t want to assume there is a specific need for my services. I would simply value the opportunity to connect for 20 minutes, learn how Camp Evergreen is thinking about future facility development after the infrastructure work, and compare notes from other camp and non-profit projects I have been involved with. Would you be open to a brief introductory call this week or next? Thanks, Braden Swab, P.Eng., PMP W treestream.com P (403) 660-6468 L linkedin.com/in/braden-swab

Capital language: construction, capital campaign, capital project, funding Growth/capacity context: growth, growing, expand, larger If Camp Evergreen intends to prepare for larger-scale capital projects, the septic project is a prime opportunity to exercise our capital project “training wheels” and gain experience in project planning, grant leveraging, significant capital fundraising, and construction management. The Board of Directors recently approved the construction of phases four and five of Camp’s septic infrastructure upgrades. Major construction on the site will be sterilized until the septic project is complete.
