Hi again, I wanted to briefly follow up on my June note regarding Heartland’s 101 Street development. I know summer schedules can make emails easy to miss, so there is no urgency. I would still welcome the opportunity to connect for 20 minutes, learn a little more about how Heartland approaches project delivery for developments like 101 Street, and introduce the work I am doing through Tree Stream supporting non-profit and community organizations with Owner’s Project Management. Would you be open to a brief introductory call sometime later this month? If someone else on Heartland’s development team would be the more appropriate contact, I would also appreciate being pointed in the right direction. Thanks,

Hi Adrienne and Heartland development team, I came across Heartland Housing Foundation’s 101 Street development updates and wanted to reach out. Congratulations on the recent AHPP funding announcement and the progress toward bringing new affordable homes to Fort Saskatchewan. I founded Tree Stream Consulting here in Alberta with a focus on Owner’s Project Management support for non-profit, community, housing, recreation, church, and camp projects. My work is often focused on helping owners navigate planning, procurement, consultant coordination, budget and schedule controls, governance reporting, and the many practical risks that emerge between early project vision and construction. I realize Heartland may already have strong internal capacity and established project partners, so I don’t want to assume there is a specific need for my services. I would simply value the opportunity to connect for 20 minutes, learn how Heartland approaches owner-side delivery support for developments like 101 Street, and compare notes on where outside project management support is most useful for non-profit and community-based owners. Would you be open to a brief introductory call this week or next? Thanks, Braden Swab, P.Eng., PMP W treestream.com P (403) 660-6468 L linkedin.com/in/braden-swab
